If there is one thing I urge everyone to do today its give your parents a call, write them a letter, (don’t send an email), better still, if its geographically possible go and visit them, especially if they are old or in bad health.

My Dad passed away 2 years ago today and I wish I could give him a call right now. I don’t think we all appreciate our parents until they are gone.

I’m off to phone my Mum now….
